- We accept returns within 5 days from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible for return.

Refund Policy
- Refunds are initiated after the returned product is received and inspected.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after customer confirmation.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product).
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before shipment by contacting our support team.
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible, and the return policy will apply.
