Jashnewala, customer satisfaction is important to us. This policy explains the terms under which returns and refunds are accepted.

Return Policy

  • We accept returns within 5 days from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or usage reasons unless received damaged or defective.

Return Process

To request a return, please contact our support team with:

  • Order ID
  • Reason for return
  • Product images (if damaged or defective)

Once approved, return instructions will be shared with you.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are initiated after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after customer confirmation.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product).

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment by contacting our support team.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible, and the return policy will apply.
